Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping with us at Fairé Official. Please review our returns and exchanges policy carefully.

Items can be returned or exchanged for a credit note within 14 days of the delivery date. The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items must be received in its original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Credit notes will be valid for 6 months. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt. You must contact us immediately advising us of any damaged/faulty items.
